Emily + Jacques

Jacques Bezuidenhout is Kimpton's Master Mixologist and the mastermind behind Jasper's overall bar program. He and Kevin Diedrich have created a cocktail menu that is both playful and potent, using only the freshest juices, fruit purees and locally sourced ingredients.

Our wine program is helmed by Emily Wines, one of only 18 women to earn the much coveted designation of Master Sommelier. She is also the second woman ever to win the prestigious Remi Krug Cup for passing all portions of the rigorous exam on the first try. Wine's wines are hand-selected to be accessible, affordable, and perfectly suited to compliment Jasper's hearty menu.
