Negroni on Tap
Negroni on tap, which had started as a lark, is now a permanent fixture on Jasper's bar menu.
It begins, as many good things do, with one large keg. We then add a couple cases of Plymouth Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. All this goodness is then fed through a line and to the tap. Open, pour, toss in an orange, and voila! Perfectly poured Negroni for everyone.
