WIESSEN SOUR
- 2 oz Bourbon
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dash Orange Bitters (prefer Reagans)
- barspoonof Orange Marmalade (prefer some with a bit of rind in it)
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake and fine strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top cocktail off with wheat beer and garnish with a lemon twist.
